China's annual import of wire mesh has reached more than 1 million m, imported products mainly 270 mesh polyester mesh and nylon mesh. High-density screens with high technical content, high-strength and low-stretch screens, anti-static screens, calendering and other special treatment screens and polyester high-mesh screens are all imported.

Domestic polyester mesh and nylon mesh have good sales, polyester mesh has a small amount of export, but domestic wire mesh types and specifications are too few, high quality, high mesh, wide mesh has yet to be developed.

A new non-woven wire mesh has been developed abroad, which overcomes the trouble of coating the photosensitive tape at the intersection of the traditional wire mesh and latitude lines. Modern advanced ultra-fine graphic screen printing, fine-level screen printing, high-precision positioning screen printing, special ink quantitative screen printing and large-scale color tone screen printing, etc., all put higher requirements on the screen used: such as high strength , low elongation, repeatability, consistency, long service life, etc.; such as printed electronic micro components, integrated circuits, multilayer printed circuits, fluorescent digital displays, aerospace instrument flat panel displays and other high-tech products; Some screen printing requires antistatic, metallized, physical, chemical treatment or wire mesh made of special materials.

The precision of printed circuit boards and electronic components is obvious, and the accuracy of the size position is very high. In addition to the past polyester, polyamide, and stainless steel, the type of mesh has appeared as a core with a high tensile strength as the core and a polyamide as the core. Made of polypropylene fiber, the mesh is 330 mesh, the wire diameter is 23μm, and the interlacing is 36μm. It can obtain high tension, which is really an epoch-making wire mesh. Further, in order to meet the requirements for precision, the above-mentioned screens are subjected to various processes such as plasma treatment, metal deposition, and polishing.
