The row welding machine should be placed in a well-ventilated and dry place. It must be covered when working in the open to prevent dust and rain from immersing inside the arc welding power source.
Pay attention to whether the switch, fuse, wire power supply, wire cross-sectional area and network power of the power distribution system meet the requirements.
The shell of the welding machine must have a good grounding.
Before closing, check whether the wiring of each part of the welding machine is completely correct. Always keep the welding cable in good contact with the arc welding power terminal, use a special terminal lug, pay attention to tighten the nut, and do not directly connect the wire core to the welding machine.
When the welding tongs are in contact with the weldment, do not start the welding machine; when the work is suspended, do not put the welding tongs directly on the weldment.
When adjusting the welding current and changing the polarity connection, it should be carried out under no load.
When the arc welding power source fails, it should be inspected and repaired in time. When the work is finished or when leaving the work site temporarily, the arc welding power supply must be cut off in time.
